Turkey sends weapons to Syrian border

ANKARA -- Turkey has started deploying anti-aircraft guns and other weapons alongside its border with Syria, state television TRT reported on Thursday.
Several anti-aircraft guns have been deployed elsewhere alongside the border, days after the Syrian forces downed a Turkish military jet.
Turkey has warned Syria that it will not tolerate any breaches of border and that any Syrian military unit approaching its border would be treated as a direct threat, AP has reported.

Dogan news agency has released photographs of a small convoy of military trucks, towing anti-aircraft guns toward the border with Syria.
