Όπως έχουμε επισημάνει προηγουμένως, χάκερ της Homeland Justice έχουν στοχοποιήσει και καταγγείλει ένα άκρως απόρρητο τμήμα της αλβανικής αστυνομίας, όπου στον κύκλο των 105 χιλιάδων ατόμων, όπου παρατηρούνται ή υποπτεύονται πολίτες, και ιδιαίτερα στο ελληνοαλβανικό χώρο , όπου όλοι από αυτή τη λίστα, έχουνε βιώσει τις προκλήσεις της αλβανικής αστυνομίας, ειδικά στα σύνορα με την Ελλάδα.

Η οργάνωση “Justice Homeland” είναι αυτή που διαχειρίζεται υλικό από τις επιθέσεις hackers στην υποδομή της ηλεκτρονικής διακυβέρνησης του κράτους της Αλβανίας. Οι διαρροές από αυτή την οργάνωση, εκτός των άλλων, φέρνουν στο φως και πτυχές από μια διαρκή σχεδόν σκευωρία της αλβανικής Αστυνομίας εις βάρος της Εθνικής Ελληνικής Μειονότητας.

Η υπόθεση έχει βέβαια και την σατιρική της πλευρά. Ένα εκ των πλέον ενδεικτικών εγγράφων για το πώς πλέκονται οι μηχανορραφίες, τις οποίες στη συνέχεια τις πιστεύουν και οι ίδιοι, φέρει τον χαρακτηρισμό “Απόρρητο”. Συντάχθηκε στις 25.04.2021 και “αποχαρακτηρίστηκε” σε λιγότερο από δύο χρόνια! Η υπόθεση είναι, όμως, πολύ πιο σοβαρή και αποδεικνύει όσα κατά καιρούς έχουν καταγγείλει η οργάνωση του Βορειοηπειρωτικού Ελληνισμού “Ομόνοια” και ο πρόεδρος του ΚΕΑΔ στη Βουλή κ. Βαγγέλης Ντούλες.

Αποδεικνύεται, λοιπόν, ότι η κυβέρνηση Ράμα χρησιμοποιεί μεθόδους του καθεστώτος Χότζα για την καταπίεση, τον εκφοβισμό και εν τέλει τον ξεριζωμό της Εθνικής Ελληνικής Μειονότητας. Πρόκειται για μακροσκελές έγγραφο που έχει συντάξει ο Γκλεντίς Νάνο, τότε διευθυντής της Αντιτρομοκρατικής Υπηρεσίας της Αλβανίας, που έχει εκπαιδευτεί σε σχολές της Τουρκικής Αστυνομίας και σύμφωνα με δημοσιεύματα έχει συμμετάσχει σε επιχειρήσεις στη νοτιοανατολική Τουρκία κατά των Κούρδων. Το έγγραφο απευθυνόταν στην Πρεσβεία των ΗΠΑ στα Τίρανα.

Το… ερέθισμα της Σιγκουρίμι

Χωρίς να αναφέρει ούτε μία τεκμηριωμένη πληροφορία ενημερώνει το Γραφείο Περιφερειακών Υποθέσεων της Πρεσβείας (RAO- Regional Affairs Office) για ενδεχόμενο τρομοκρατικό πλήγμα στην Πρεσβεία της Αλβανίας στην Αθήνα. Είναι ένα σενάριο από τα γνωστά που κατασκεύαζε η περιβόητη Σιγκουρίμι του Χότζα και συνεχίζουν να κατασκευάζουν οι σημερινές αλβανικές μυστικές υπηρεσίες. Σύμφωνα, λοιπόν, με το σενάριο, Βορειοηπειρώτες συγκροτούν μυστική ομάδα για να τοποθετήσουν εκρηκτική ύλη στο κτίριο της αλβανικής πρεσβείας στην Αθήνα, ή του αλβανικού γενικού προξενείου στη Θεσσαλονίκη.

Απέστειλε ένα έγγραφο, στο οποίο δεν υπάρχει το παραμικρό συγκεκριμένο στοιχείο και το οποίο έχει συνταχθεί με εξόφθαλμο ερασιτεχνισμό. Αναφέρει Βορειοηπειρώτες με σκοπό να εμπεδώσει την εντύπωση και στις αμερικανικές υπηρεσίες, μετά την εν ψυχρώ εκτέλεση του Κωνσταντίνου Κατσίφα, ότι υπάρχουν τρομοκρατικοί πυρήνες στους κόλπους της ελληνικής κοινότητας στη Βόρεια Ήπειρο. Δευτερευόντως και δεδομένου ότι τα πρόσωπα που αναφέρει το έγγραφο ζουν κι εργάζονται στην Ελλάδα αφήνει να αιωρείται η εντύπωση και της ανάμειξης των ελληνικών μυστικών υπηρεσιών σε δράσεις κατά της Αλβανίας.

Το επίσημο έγγραφο που διέρρευσε (οι ειδικοί αναφέρουν ότι είναι ένα από τα πολλά ανάλογου ύφους και περιεχομένου που περιέχονται στο ογκώδες υλικό της Homeland Justice) καταλήγει, ζητώντας την συνδρομή των αμερικανικών μυστικών υπηρεσιών όχι μόνο για την αποφυγή της κατά φαντασία τρομοκρατικής ενέργειας, αλλά κυρίως στην παροχή οποιουδήποτε στοιχείου για τους Βορειοηπειρώτες που αναφέρει.

Το… μνημειώδες έγγραφο

Τι ακριβώς περιέχει το επίμαχο έγγραφο που έστειλε ο Γκλεντίς Νάνο; Περιήλθε λέει στην αλβανική Αντιτρομοκρατική πληροφορία για ανεπιβεβαίωτες ενδείξεις ότι στις 25 Απριλίου 2021 ομάδα Βορειοηπειρωτών (από Αγίους Σαράντα, Κορυτσά και Χιμάρα) σχεδιάζουν να επιτεθούν με εκρηκτικά στην αλβανική πρεσβεία. Αναφέρει ακτιβιστές για τα δικαιώματα της Εθνικής Ελληνικής Μειονότητας, τους Λάμπη Αγγελή, Άλκη Αγγελή, Εντιόν Μίχα, Θεόδωρο Μπέμπα και Θανάση Τράσα, φίλων του Χιμαριώτη Διονύσιου Αλφρέντ Μπελέρη.

Πρόκειται για σκευωρία που παραπέμπει σε φθηνά αστυνομικά-κατασκοπευτικά βιβλία. Είναι, ωστόσο, επίσημο έγγραφο με ανάλογη διαβάθμιση, στο οποίο υπάρχουν και οι προσωπικοί φάκελοι για τον καθένα αναφερόμενο. Στην ουσία, όμως, επιβεβαιώνει ότι φακελώνει συστηματικά Βορειοηπειρώτες. Αποδεικνύεται έτσι πόσο επικίνδυνη είναι η παροχή πρόσβασης στις αλβανικές υπηρεσίες σε ευαίσθητα συστήματα όπως το TIMS και το DEEPSEE, δεδομένου ότι οι αλβανικές υπηρεσίες δεν πληρούν τα κριτήρια στοιχειώδους φερεγγυότητας.

Το επίμαχο έγγραφο δεν χαρακτηρίζεται από το λιτό τρόπο γραφής που συντάσσονται αστυνομικά έγγραφα, αλλά παραπέμπει σε κείμενα πολιτικού εντυπωσιασμού. Αξίζει όμως να αναφερθεί ότι η Αθήνα δεν έχει επιδείξει την αναγκαία προσοχή για την ουσιαστική αντιμετώπιση του ζητήματος. Είναι προσβλητικό Έλληνες πολίτες, όπως οι αναφερόμενοι, να ελέγχονται και ανακρίνονται στα σύνορα με βάση αναρτήσεις στους λογαριασμούς στο facebook ή λόγω συμμετοχής τους σε νεκρώσιμες τελετές…

Καλεσμένος της Νάνσυς Ζαμπέτογλου και του Θανάση Αναγνωστόπουλου βρέθηκε ο Πύρρος Δήμας το απόγευμα της Παρασκευής στο πλατό της εκπομπής της ΕΡΤ, Στούντιο 4. Κατά τη διάρκεια της συνέντευξης, μάλιστα, ο Ολυμπιονίκης δεν μπόρεσε να συγκρατήσει τη συναισθηματική του φόρτιση για την απώλεια του Αλέξανδρου Νικολαϊδη.

Πιο συγκεκριμένα, ο Πύρρος Δήμας σημείωσε χαρακτηριστικά πως «ζήσαμε πολλές στιγμές με τον Αλέξανδρο και πάντα με έπαιρνε τηλέφωνο, ρωτούσε και για την Αναστασία και για τα παιδιά μας. Πολύ γλυκό παιδί, πολύ ευγενικό παιδί. Όταν ξύπνησα το πρωί, γιατί χθες κοιμήθηκα αργά κατά τις δύο και είχαμε βγει μαζί με φίλους, σηκώθηκα να ετοιμάσω τον Νικολάκη για το σχολείο… Είναι στενάχωρο πολύ».

«Με πήρε τηλέφωνο και η Δώρα, που την ξέρετε πολύ καλά από τον χώρο σας, μου ζήτησε να πω δυο λόγια αύριο στην κηδεία αλλά δεν μπορώ να το κάνω. Δεν μπορώ ούτε να πάω στην κηδεία».

«Δεν θέλω να το περάσω αυτό ξανά για κανέναν. Και να μην τύχει σε κανέναν… Δεν ξέρω, ίσως τόσο ευαίσθητο με έχει κάνει η ίδια η ζωή» τόνισε ο Πύρρος Δήμας στο Στούντιο 4.

"I expect that Serbia and others in the region will cooperate and align with the EU's visa policy. The suspension of the visa-free regime is not excluded as an option, but I hope above all for good cooperation," European Commissioner for Internal Affairs Ilva Johansson said in Luxembourg, as RTS reports.

Today, the Ministers of the Interior will discuss measures to respond to the significant increase in the influx of migrants entering the EU countries via the Western Balkans. The inflow of migrants in 2022 has increased many times compared to last year, and as a special problem the member states highlight the visa-free regime that Serbia has with some countries in Asia, Africa and South America, whose citizens travel freely to Serbia and then on to EU countries.

Diplomatic sources state that a similar problem exists with Albania's visa policy. In this way, the number of citizens of India, Burundi, Tunisia and Cuba who apply for asylum in EU countries has increased many times this year.

Oct 14 (Reuters) - Elon Musk said on Friday SpaceX cannot "indefinitely" fund the Starlink internet service in Ukraine and send it several thousands more terminals after a report suggested that his rocket company had asked the Pentagon to pay for the donations.

Musk's comment on the question of support for the internet service in Ukraine comes after he angered many Ukrainians with a proposal to end Russia's war in their country that included ceding some territory.

"SpaceX is not asking to recoup past expenses, but also cannot fund the existing system indefinitely *and* send several thousand more terminals that have data usage up to 100X greater than typical households. This is unreasonable," Musk said on Twitter.

The billionaire boss of Tesla said Starlink was spending nearly $20 million a month, he called it a "burn", for maintaining satellite services in Ukraine. He recently said that SpaceX had spent about $80 million to enable and support Starlink in Ukraine.

CNN reported on Thursday that SpaceX sent a letter to the Pentagon last month saying it could not continue to fund the Starlink service in Ukraine and it may have to stop funding it unless the U.S. military helped with tens of millions of dollars a month.

SpaceX did not respond to a request for comment.

Ukraine's vice prime minister, Mykhailo Fedorov, said this week Starlink services helped restore energy and communications infrastructure in critical areas after more than 100 Russian cruise missile attacks.

Russia calls its intervention in Ukraine a "special military operation" and says it does not target civilians.

Musk drew widespread criticism from Ukrainians over his peace plan in which he proposed that Ukraine permanently cede the Crimea region to Russia, that new referendums be held under U.N. auspices to determine the fate of Russian-controlled territory, and that Ukraine agree to neutrality.

Ukraine says it will never agree to cede land taken by force, and lawful referendums cannot be held in occupied territory where many people have been killed or driven out.

Without Turkey, the refugee crisis of 2015 would have turned into an apocalyptic crisis for the most powerful countries in Europe, it was Turkey that stood in Europe's ports and did what it did.

I want to add that I have the honor to know and the privilege to consider myself a friend of both. They are the best people in the right place to solve this. Neither Greece nor Turkey will run away.
