Meta: Opposition must cooperate
The Albanian Parliament Speaker, Ilir Meta, declared that the opposition will have all the space needed to become part of the reforms that are necessary for the country’s European Union integration.

“The opposition will have all the necessary space and possibility to say its word and give its opinion, not only in the Commissions and the plenary session. I believe that our opposition will keep contributing for the progress of these important reforms and the country’s European Integration”, Meta declared.

The Parliament Speaker had a meeting with the Albanian Democratic Party in Macedonia, who focused on preserving the cooperation between the two countries, and the role of the Albanian factor in keeping stability in the region.

“I informed the Parliament Speaker about the contribution that the Albanian Democratic Party gives in Macedonia. I informed him about the difficulties and the problems the Albanians of Macedonia are facing in realizing the individual and collective rights. A very big problem knocking on our doors is a deep poverty, due to the lack of perspective, lack of economic investments that come due to the blocked integration process”, Thaci declared.

“We want the best for Macedonia. We want the Albanians of Macedonia to keep preserving their constructive and ambitious role for reinforcing the stability of this country, and for a quick integration in the NATO and the European Union”, Meta declared.
