The document was signed on Friday in Tirana by ADN Director General Anisa Skendaj and B92 President of the Board of Directors Veran Matic.
Under the memorandum, the two media companies will be sharing their content at no cost to either – including news, features, editorials, and columns - and strive to explore other ways of cooperation.

The document stipulates that "on request, the parties will hold joint programs and publish shared editorials, articles, and special reports," with their editorial and technical personnel "consulting regularly on the delivery of the shared content."

The memorandum further provides for inviting the two outlet's personnel to their respective countries, and supporting each other's scientific evolution, technical and organizational development thorough various seminars and gatherings of specialists.

B92 and ADN will also "make use of each other’s experiences, in handling educational courses, and educational facilities for developing and enhancing their skills and professionalism," and "support and help each other’s personnel temporarily or permanently assigned in the other country in gathering reports, in technical and other aspects to elevate their skills and scientific know-how."

The MoU was signed as the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (PKS) is organizing a presentation of 25 Serbian companies at the Tirana International Fair.
