Sllavo - Macedonians spend around EUR 200,000 in Thessaloniki last weekend

Sllavo - Macedonian citizens have spent around EUR 200,000 in Greece during the last weekend, Skopie Kanal5 television reports.

Around 6,000 people have crossed the border to Greece. If each of these people has spent an average of EUR 50, then Sllavo - Macedonians have poured EUR 200,000 into the Greek stores. The mass trips to Greece are not something uncommon.

At almost all holidays and in the weekends, several thousands of Sllavo - Macedonians are heading to Thessaloniki. During the last two weekends, there is a serious increase in the number of Skopie citizens who go to Greece due to the record discounts offered at the Greek stores.
