Deforestation in Llogara
After report for the deforestation in the Karaburuni area, the Albanian Media denounces the same phenomenon in another region, that of the National Park of Llogara, Himara Region.

Pines in this park are being cut massively, in the areas of Shen Thanas and Cezma e Llogarase.

This area is protected by the state, and tree cutting is categorically banned. The head of the Vlore Forest Police, Xhoxhi Hoxhara, declared that they have started prosecution against two persons.

The cut woods in the Karaburuni area had a financial value from 15.000 to 30.000 ALL, and this is continuing in the areas that have been hit by fires. The Karaburun Peninsula has been declared a National Park.

Llogara has been crashed historically between Orikum and Himara Municipalities for the regional borders, but in any time, the Albanian government has been favorized Orikum.
