Samaras meets Doules and Bollanos in Athens

The issues that dominated the debate concerning the support of Greece to Albania's European perspective, human and minority rights of the Greek community, issues of education, property and the forthcoming census to be held at the request of the Council of Europe and the European Union.

Following the meetings in Athens, were representatives of the Greek minority, the president of HURP Vangelis Doules and Vasilis Bolanos President of Omonia, visited yesterday the president of the "New Democracy" Antonis Samaras.

The meeting with Mr. Samara was a very good atmosphere. The newly elected president of the "New Democracy" has listened carefully to the positions of both President of HURP and the chairman of OMONIA, and promised full support from him and the party of New Democracy.

The recommendation for the chairman of OMONOIA Vasilis Bolanos explained by Mr Samaras, where the work for the reorganization of OMONIA, the constitution conference to be held soon and the elections for all levels which are expected to take place immediately following the adoption of the Statute.

On the issue of property mainly coastal areas, Mr. Bolanos said to Samara that despite the commitment of the Prime Minister Sali Berisha to settle that land to go to its rightful owners in fact nothing happened. The encouraging for the property is the government's decision to delegate to international organizations for the management of this issue¨.
