Debates of the foreign policy of Balkans in the Greek Parliament

Opposition parties in Parliament, fear the entry of Macedonia in NATO and EE without veto of Greece.

Ambitious program of Government of Alex Tsipras, provides essential changes to national policies of Greece, in view of changes in the Balkans.

Last September, during the meeting Rama - Tsipras in New York, the Greek side has requested activation of the relevant international agreements with Albania.

According to the debate in the Greek parliament, Minister Nikolaos Kotsias, answered some questions of the representatives of PASOK and KKE, but also of The Golden Dawn, associated with changes in foreign policy of Greece.

Kotsias who has been cautioned due to keeping in secrecy the project, informed the parliament that the changes were made based upon the laws and rules laid down in the policy outside of Greece.

But in particular, The Golden Dawn Party, made public a document in which it was demanded ,, a name for the state of FYROM to known surface with another name, which caused the reaction to opposition parties.

The intervention of the former Greek Foreign Minister, Venizelos has made to preserve the ethics of foreign policy issues and to discuss in a more conspiratorial, these issues.

As has been made publicly, particularly with Kosovo and Albania, Greece will definitely reshape its policies grounded in its national interests, as they have decided in the meeting of the Foreign Policy Council, held on 22 July.
