Rama reacted "after citizens on social networks asked him to make a stance on the issue" to day there was "no need to worry about the political game with trains and planes."
According to the Albanian prime minister, "Serbs will be able to enter Kosovo only as tourists."
Kosovo, he continued, has succeeded as "an independent state," whereas Belgrade is "still suffering from the nightmare of the past."
Rama thinks these "nightmares" will continue "until Belgrade recognizes Kosovo."
Ethnic Albanians unilaterally declared independence of the Serbian province in 2008, but Belgrade considers this a violation of its territorial integrity.
"These games with trains and planes represent political maneuvering of political results," Rama concluded.
