Ana-Maria Bura, special advisor for dialogue to the EU High Representative, Federica Mogherini is causing major problems to the Serbian negotiating team in Brussels, claimed Serbian PM Vucic cabinet staff.

Express
Bura, a staffer of the Greek Foreign Ministry is slowing down the process for the Association of Serb-majority municipalities, that is hugely important to the Serbian team.
During an official dinner for Kosovo and Serbian Prime Ministers, Vucic openly stated that he is "greatly disappointed with Bura's engagement" in the dialogue process with Prishtina. Sources from Kosovo team also said that Bura is openly taking Kosovo's side during the negotiations, backed by Brits and Germans.
According to reports from Serbia, Bura was engaged in drafting of the Chapter 35, specifically in matters concerning Kosovo. Belgrade called the draft "terrible" that indirectly demands Kosovo's recognition. Bura added these key points after direct consultations with Germany and Britain.
In particular, London and Berlin, insist that all Serbia's progress towards EU membership be directly subject to the normalization of relations with Kosovo; so this condition is framed in several areas of the draft framework for the "chapter of Kosovo".
Ana Maria Bura has been employed in EU High Representative office, since the time of Baroness Catherine Ashton. She finished her studies in Athens and is of Albanian ethnicity.
