A construction businessman from Durres was injured today after his vehicle blew up in the Durres beach area. The explosion took place while the car was moving in the Ura e Dajlanit road.

The businessman was alone in the vehicle which was completely destroyed. The businessman was able to come out on time.

Preliminary investigations showed that the explosion was caused by an explosive charge placed under the vehicle. Authorities are investigating the possible conflicts of the businessman.

The victim was sent to the Durres hospital and then to the Military Hospital in Tirana for specialized treatment, since he is in serious conditions.

The Head of the Qender Commune is still at the Military Hospital. His car also exploded after an explosive blew up in his vehicle a few days ago.
