OSCE training in Budva, the election administrators in Albania

Albania, celebrated the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the state, but in these 100 years,  never has held elections with democratic standards.

BUDVA - The seven members of the Central Election Commission participated in a course on electoral management, organized by the OSCE Presence in Albania, in cooperation with other international organizations. Training, which was attended by key members of the administration of the CEC was held in Budva, Montenegro, from 17 to 22 January 2013.
