Albanian opposition charges General Attorney

Opposition leader Edi Rama, has charges General Attorney Ina Rama for the floods in Northern Albania. After having charged directly to Prime Minister Sali Berisha as guilty for the floods, now targets top prosecutor headed of Albania, for indifference about incurring situation for corruption.

Pressure for the General Attorney Ina Rama, comes immediately after the criminal charges that have been made to the country's Prime Minister Sali Berisha, for which the prosecution does not get any measure to strip immunity.

Albanian media said that, charges can not happen of such an event, since the Prosecutor General remains in office as a "puppet" of Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

The great risk of Albanian State

According to investigative newspaper "Tema", Albania is going to list of the states that democracy is failing. Are many reason to have made it possible to end such a classification for countries that democracy, to be failed.

Since the creation of the Albanian state in 1913, the country has passed some systems, regimes and governments, which have failed to integrate the state and institutions in democracy.
