Defence minister Panos Kammenos will visit Russia on Wednesday and Thursday.
Kammenos was invited by his Russian counterpart, Sergei Shoigu, to attend, and speak in, the Fourth Moscow Conference on International Security, an event organized annually by the Russian Defense Ministry.
"Defence ministers and delegations of defence agencies from 79 states, heads of international organizations, Russian officials, experts and academicians have been invited to the forum," Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov was quoted as saying by news agency Interfax.
