US Ambassador intensify meetings in Tirana

Ambassador Lu continued his introductory meetings today and first met with former Prime Minister Berisha and then with former President Moisiu. The Ambassador affirmed the excellent state of U.S.-Albania relations and assured both of the continued support of the United States for Albania's further Euro-Atlantic integration. The Ambassador also asked about Mr. Berisha’s and Mr. Moisiu's views on Albania's achievements, challenges and ways to improve bipartisan cooperation for the good of the country's progress.
