French MEP: I am against EU enlargement, Albania is central to Turkish influence

At a meeting of the European Parliament this Monday (June 22nd), MEP Thierry Mariani said that the policies that Albania is currently pursuing towards EU membership are not appropriate and the same as those of the union.

He says he opposes EU enlargement.
