Murder attempt with explosive
A murder attempt with explosive was targeting a construction businessman today in Tirana, ending up wounding him and two other people.

Armando Ceka, 33, had escaped a similar attack six months ago. Julian Cela, 26, friend with Armando and his personal driver was also injured during the attack, together with Artur Sharra, 46, his bodyguard.

Police say that Armando was administering a business object at the Budi Street from his uncle, Ilir Mata. It is a two-story building rented by other people. The building was not being used anymore as a hotel or as a cafe.

Police say that Armando was controlling the area where he lived, and the building was used for meetings, since many citizens wanted to meet him about disagreements created with the construction of several apartments.

The explosive was placed in the first floor and was activated after the door was opened. Passerby citizens have heard the explosion and rushed the injured to hospital.

In September 2013, Ceka had his vehicle explode while driving and he escaped without any injuries. Investigators say that the first one might have been a message for the conflicts of the businessman, since the same thing happened to his partner. This is the second explosion in the area, after the murder attempt against the Pakistani Anvar Rizvik, a crime that has not been solved yet.
