Vlora: "Jon" apartment building demolished

The explosion that marked the end of the operation for demolishing the “Jon Complex” in Vlore was completed today.

Experts used 400 kg of C4 explosives for the demolition, but only one tower of the complex was destroyed completely.

Experts say that the explosion continued according to the plan, and the operation continued with the vehicles of National Inspectorate of Urban Construction.

The vehicles will now work in parallel to remove the ruins and turn the territory in its original state.

The Ministry has sued several people who are related with the property return procedures, with the construction permits and those who have not intervened to stop this illegal construction.
