Washington congratulates Tiarna for 210 mujahedeens
By the end of May, 30 residents of the Hyrriaj Camp left Iraq to permanently be established in Albania.

Through a message on their website, the United States Department of State has congratulated the Albanian government for the generous offer of accepting 210 mujahedeens in this camp.

They underline that this is the second of a series of planned movements for transferring them from Iraq to Albania, while our country is described as a strong partner of the United States with its contribution for peace and stability in Iraq.

Washington appealed that these residents should leave the camp as soon as possible, since their security is of great concern.

The “MEK” Organization members are known as the opposition of the current Iranian government.

With the arrival of this second group, the number of mujahedeens in our country reaches 44. The first 14 arrived in Albania two weeks ago.
