Dimas, warning that the ethnic Greek minority has the right to self-determination

Statement of Greek Foreign Minister, Stavros Dimas, on the pressures of Albania, to manipulate the Census and to terrorize the Hellenic population, unfortunately, has taken in response, not by the government of Albania, or from the office of President of the Republic, but the Alliance Red and Black, an association formed by Albanian nationalists, mainly from Kosovo and FYROM.
