"Greece hosts about 400,000 Albanian immigrants would be hypersensitive their reaction to the mistreatment of immigrants. On the other hand, states the report, Greece fears the independence of Kosovo, which in itself will encourage the creation of a Greater Albania, which would destabilize the region and provoke a wider war.
