TIRANA-Konfindustria today expressed concern that judicial decisions are often heavily affect equality in the business market, so for these reasons, experts in the field will monitor and make public any wrong decision related with court and attorney decisions.

In a press release, general manager of Konfindustria, George Buxhuku suggested that the concern is based on complaints of business people, that "there is doubt, that representatives of the justice system and particularly to their judicial decisions rather than professional and subjective equality is seriously affecting the business market, being used as a tool in the hands of one party to harm their competitors in the market.
