Majority of Serb protestors in Jarinje are dispersed

The predominant majority of the Serbs in Jarinje, on the territory of Serbia, have already been dispersed, while dozens of young people are trying to persuade the politicians to allow them to cross the border and enter the territory of Kosovo.

A number of police forces of the special unit of Serbia, have reached out to their colleagues. Initially, it was reported that there were clashes between those who were in favor of respecting the order of the Serbian police to turn back and others who are insisting on crossing the police cordon by force.

Earlier today, some Serbian protesters clashed with the Serbian police forces near the border crossing between Kosovo and Serbia, Jarinje, – on the side of the Serbian territory – as they protested as an address to the local Serbs who have set up barricades in the north of Kosovo. On the other hand, in the border area of ​​Kosovo, American soldiers and KFOR forces have been deployed.
