Kosovo and Albania on
Friday discussed how to advance the integration process into the bloc by
increasing the number of joint projects in economy, energy, finance,
environment, education, data and more. during a cabinets' meeting in
the Kosovo capital, Pristina.
Albania expects to launch membership talks with Brussels this year, while Kosovo signed a Stabilization and Association Agreement with the bloc last year.
During a cabinets' meeting in Kosovo's capital Pristina, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama tried to dissipate regional fears that ethnic Albanians would attempt to unify in one state, saying "our dream of national unification is through the EU."
