The invitation by the Greek Foreign Ministry to Kosovo's Foreign Minister, Hashim Thaci has angered Serbian media.

"Minister Nikolaos Kotzias has invited his colleague, Hashim Thaci for a visit in Athens and expressed the support of Greece to Kosovo's effort to join international organizations, based on international law and for the sake of regional stability", stated Klan Kosova.
Gazeta Blic also reaffirmed the statement that Athens is preparing the field for the formal recognition of Kosovo statehood by Greece.
Serbian political analyst, Dragomir Andjelkovic, said that Greek Prime Minister, Tsipras is "an unstable politician on everything else besides his personal gain".
