The phone call registered at 10:58 has alarmed the police, which surrounded the area.
The police first checked the road that connects both buildings. Then the police started checking all the vehicles.
There was a high number of police officers on sight, who checked every vehicle around.
One of the measures that was taken was removing all cell phone reception in the city center, due to any possible explosion.
After more than one hour, the police removed the tapes and opened a case for a false alarm.
The phone call had been made from a public phone booth.
Police is looking for possible cameras around the area.
This is the third false alarm in the Albanian capital for the past months.
Former false alarms were given for some schools. One of them was made through a cell phone, which was immediately identified.
