Ekonomu Kamarino was sentenced to a year in jail , three years
probation and a fine of 5000 euros , after being found guilty of "
improper conduct during his stay in Korca " , a charge that relates to
the visa issuing procedures Greek for citizens.
In
his testimony , former consul accused argued that " the court can not
