Army chief tours Ground Safety Zone

BELGRADE -- Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Army (VS) Lt. Gen. Ljubiša Diković on Thursday visited some VS units deployed in the Ground Safety Zone (GSZ).

The zone stretches along the administrative line between central Serbia and Kosovo and Metohija.
Diković met with soldiers and officers "who will spend the New Year holidays performing responsible duties and presented the most deserving with official recognitions", the VS said on its website.

Maj. Gen. Milan Mojsilović accompanied the army chief during his tour of the area, according to the same source.
