Korca-Court of Appeal has upheld the decision of the court of Korca to Omonia head Naum Dishon, scandal concerning the "violation of tombs" in Boboshticë, while for both workers Alqi Koroveshi and Luan Zaçe gave conditional sentence freedom.

The the issue was happened in October of 2010-es, when the some villagers denounced the "violation of graves of their ancestors", in order to build a memorial to the fallen Greek soldiers during the Italian-Greek war of 40 years.

According to residents in those graves had no Greek soldier buried. Prosecutor began investigating immediately, and file with the defendant's head OMONIA in Korca and 2 workers were sent to the Court, about a month later, in November 2010.

Dishon has one month to appeal to the High Court.
