A Vlore family has been involved in a legal dispute with the government, and after winning their property rights, now they have received even two construction permits.
But again they had to face the Directory of Government Service and the National Guard employees, who have placed a barbed wire to not allow the owners to enter.
The family members have debated with the state employees, and they explained for Top Channel that the court has decided the limits of their property.
“The soldiers and the employees are coming to investigate a construction site with all documents in order. This is absurd”, one of the owners declared.
The directory of the Government Services in Vlore declared that she doesn’t recognize the Court order, but the government order.
“We have no Court order here. I have only a government order and I am determined to implement it. I will unblock it only after a government decision for unblocking it. These citizens do not result as owners at the Vlore archive”, the director declared.
