The furore over the antisemitic and homophobic tweets
of new Deputy Infrastructure, Transport and Networks minister Dimitris
Kammenos reached Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras in Brussels, where he is
taking part in an emergency summit on migration.
Tsipras called his junior government partner, Independent Greeks leader Panos Kammenos (no relation to Dimitris) asking him to look into the matter. Tsipras would then decide whether Dimitris Kammenos would remain in government.
