Berisha: Against the demolition of legal construction

Prime Minister Sali Berisha complimented the future prime-minister Rama’s attitude to demolish any illegal construction, however, according to Mr. Berisha, the purpose of Rama is not legal control over the territory, but taking the constitutional powers of local government to disband the urban plans in favor of a new clientele, that, according to the Prime Minister, is building illegally on the coast and will rollback personal policy for 20 % of corruptive building.
