Greeks of Albania, make up in 12% of the population of 3.1 million inhabitants 

Failure of the Census of Albania in 2011, is confirmed by the data of the CIA's own official website, bears the date of April 3, 2013, which does not refer to the official Albanian sources, but the information remains the United States Agencies, as the most reliable in the world.
