According to the daily, the president will inform the parliamentary delegation with the document on Monday or Tuesday.
It is expected that MPs will voted on it by the end of the month.

Večernje novosti has learnt that the document is nearly finished and that its final form will depend on results of the implementation of the agreement on integrated crossings management.

The biggest part of the work on the platform was done by Nikolić's foreign policy advisor Marko Đurić with the help of Belgrade University professors.

The draft also mentions historical background of relations between Serbs and Albanians in the southern Serbian province and accompanying documents should be all decisions adopted by representatives of the Priština administration since 1999.

Serbian parliament Speaker Nebojša Stefanović says that the MPs expected Nikolić’s invitation.

“If the implementation of the agreement on integrated crossings management is satisfactory, I expect the final text of the platform to be finished very soon and that whips will be informed in the beginning of next week so parliament could discuss it by the end of December,” he told the daily.

According to the daily, MPs will be able to propose amendments to the proposed document.
