Former head of Omonia, Naum Dishon, benefit from amnesty

Naum Dishon, former head of Omonia of Korca, will rigjy-time charges against him on the issue of violation of Albanian graves in Boboshticë. The Supreme Court decided yesterday to return to Korca Appeal folder loading Dishos and other defendants file, citizens Alqi Koroveshi and Luan Zaçe.

In January of this year, the three pleaded not guilty to a final decision on charges of "illegal construction" in cooperation and "violation of the tombs." Dishon was sentenced to a year in jail, while Koroveshi and Zaçe by 6 months in jail, but the last two sets probation for 18 months.

According to the Court, their guilt was related to the violation of some tombstones in Boboshticës area in October 2010, while working for the establishment of a pedestal in honor of Greek soldiers. Referring to the decision, Dishon had hired two workers to build the memorial.

The decision of guilt to Naum Dishos still not been executed because he is on the run and the results announced as the international wanted.
