The President of Albania, suggests the International Tribunal for the territorial waters of Greece Albania

Revealing on the issue of delimitation of the territorial waters of Greece Albania was the president of Albania, Bamir Topi during in an interview yesterday, the "Voice of America."More specifically, the Albanian president said that there are several ways which could be followed by Greece and Albania, to resolve the difference between the two countries. As pointed out by the Albanian president should primarily take into account the decision of the Constitutional Court of Albania and one way to solve the problem would be to appeal to the ICJ. the President Topi, notse that the Berisha government initially reached an agreement with the Greek side on the issue of territorial waters, but under pressure from the opposition led by Edi Rama, which the current Greek government had supported the recent national elections, and the negative Decision of the Albanian Constitutional Court, the question remains open.
