GREECE RECOGNISES THE PASSPORT, BUT NOT KOSOVO

The Greek Represent in Pristina Dimistris Moschopoulos during the meeting today with Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci expressed the decision of Athens to recognise the Kosovo Passport.

The decision as "first step" is made by Athens after continuing the pressing of Euro Atlantic great powers to Greece wich "must recognise the Independence of Kosovo". Anyway Athens has declared for "national issues" of its interes to block the Indipendence of Kosovo.

According to annalists, the pressing used by Washington to Athens for the name of Macedonia and other national Hellenic issues in Balkan Region, are linked with intern politic situation of Greece particularly the developments inside the government of Karamanlis and bilateral tensions with Turkey.
