New NGO established in Himara: "The Boys of Spyro Milos"

The news is unexpected continue to be in the Himara Region. An american citizen, Constantine Gjoka, has established in the Court of Vlora, the NGO, under the name "The Boys of Spyro Milos"
The news has spread in some Albanian media, in which, say that the association created, with members mainly from the United States, which shall cooperate with all non-governmental organizations in Himara Region.

Of course, the news has to do with a community organization in the range of the Himara Region in November, to organize a mass protest in memory of the 100th anniversary of the proclamation of the Himara Region, from Ottoman empire.
