Vlore Mayor’s car scorched
A serious crime shocked this Tuesday morning the city of Vlore, when the Mayor’s car, Shpetim Gjika, was completely burned.

According to the police, the Mayor’s personal vehicle was parked near his residence, and it was burned in the early morning hours.

The motive and the authors remain unknown, but it is being investigated by anti-crime agents, who are interrogating several people.

The forensic experts arrived on the scene and tried to find any possible trace of the author.

Shpetim Gjika has been Mayor of the coastal city for two mandates, with the Socialist Party. He won convincingly in the last elections, against the Democratic Party rival, Ardian Kollozi.
