Albanian National Secret Services requires budget: Government to give us money, we do not have money to agents

Chairman of the National Intelligence Service yesterday asked the help by the committee members of Albanian Parliament, to increase the budget laws of this institution for the year 2011, because otherwise can not perform tasks that were given to guarantee the national security of the country, the newspaper "Shekulli" writes.

One of the main concerns of the Albanian intelligence leader Bahri Shaqiri, is the insufficiency of funds to reward the sources of information. "There is no budget to cover travel expenses for agnets and sent to services", - said Bahri Shaqiri to the commission. Another major concern according to the head of SIS is the establishment of the Center of eavesdropping after the allocated budget can not build the new center.
