Autonomy is only solution for Greeks in Northern Epirus

The declaration of Vassilis Bollanos for the newspaper “PROINOS LOGOS” of Ioanina

”For autonomy of Northern Epirus has indirectly reason to think”. The new chairman of Omonia, the Ethnic Greek Minority of Albania and Mayor Vassilis Bolanos his declarate for newspaper “Proinos Logos” is very cleare: “I would not change anything from what I said earlier about autonomy”

In particular he said: «demanding an improvement in human rights, self-regulation of our estates, and the use of our language in public administration. We demand the right to know what history will our children and not to us but to suggest. If all this talk makes about the autonomy, we want it. And he added: I would not change anything from what I said earlier about authonomy”.

In an interview with the Director of Kerkyraikis newspaper «”Proinos Logos” George Katsaiti, stressed that the pointless at the moment when changes in the Balkans. The geopolitical situation requires us to renew our positions, to have a clear position on how we want the Greek minority. This of course in politics not pleases everyone.

Mr. Bolanos speaks for new organization inside Omonia, the Greek ethnic Minority, which became very soon a strong and clear position in Albania and on International issues.
Mr. Bolanos maintains that there is only provisional president, as some people want to show. Says on: «We recommended E Committee which will draft the new statutes. The E Committee will consider the proposals and come from the Northern Epirus exception of Albania and that are interested in upgrading the organization. This process will result in the conference, which adopted the new statutes. I do not believe that there will be elections for the institutions. You just have to improve the statute and will go to a registered conference .

The chairman of OMONOIA underlines the frictions that remain of the Greek minority in the Albanian state. “We have a problem with public order, with the institutions of law and order. The police pushed and causes. Yet the problems with the property. We have problems with the churches, problems with robberies. All are aimed at altering the population in Northern Epirus.

KOSOVO AND NORTHERN EPIRUS ISSUES....

QUESTION: A follow-up. If the Greeks of Northern Epirus in Albaniawill elect their own prime minister, like the Kosovar Albanians inSerbia, I'm wondering, Mr. Casey, if Undersecretary Nicholas Burns, with the same token, will congratulate such a Greek prime minister ashe did yesterday for Hashim Thaqi?MR. CASEY: Oh, Mr. Lambros, what an unfair question!

Mr.Lambros, as you know and as everyone well knows, Kosovo is a veryunique situation, and it -- (audio break) -- and settlements are not aprecedent for any other region. And as you know, that's long been a consistent part of U.S. policy.more: http://www.state.gov/r/pa/prs/dpb/2008/jan/99231.htm

Serb prisoners 'were stripped of their organs in Kosovo war'

By Harry de Quetteville in Berlin and Malcolm Moore in Rome
Last Updated: 10:28am BST 11/04/2008

Serb prisoners had their internal organs removed and sold by ethnic Albanians during the Kosovo war, according to allegations in a new book by the world's best known war crimes prosecutor.

Harry de Quetteville: Snippets from Carla Del Ponte's book
Carla Del Ponte, who stepped down in January as chief prosecutor at the Hague tribunal for crimes committed in the Balkan wars of the 1990s, said investigators found a house suspected of being a laboratory for the illegal trade.

Carla Del Ponte: allegation

A senior adviser to Hashim Thaci, Kosovo's prime minister and a leading member of the Kosovo Liberation Army which is accused of benefiting from the trade, yesterday denied the allegations. "These are horrible things even to imagine," said Bekim Collaku. "But this is a product of her [Miss Del Ponte's] imagination."

Miss Del Ponte reports that the allegations were made by several sources, one of whom "personally made an organ delivery" to an Albanian airport for transport abroad, and "confirmed information directly gathered by the tribunal".

According to the sources, senior figures in the Kosovo Liberation Army were aware of the scheme, in which hundreds of young Serbs were allegedly taken by truck from Kosovo to northern Albania where their organs were removed. Miss Del Ponte provides grim details of the alleged organ harvesting, and of how some prisoners were sewn up after having kidneys removed.

"The victims, deprived of a kidney, were then locked up again, inside the barracks, until the moment they were killed for other vital organs. In this way, the other prisoners were aware of the fate that awaited them, and according to the source, pleaded, terrified, to be killed immediately," Miss Del Ponte writes.

The claims in The Hunt: Me and War Criminals have renewed tensions between Serbia and its former province of Kosovo, which declared independence two months ago. In it, the Swiss ex-prosecutor reveals how her efforts to bring alleged war criminals to justice were stymied by lack of co-operation from all sides - Serb, Albanian and even Nato. But it is her report of the organ traffic that has caused most shock, even in a region long hardened to horror.

Hashim Thaci [centre] in 1999 while head of the Kosovo Liberation Army’s political directorate

Vladan Batic, Serbia's former justice minister, said: "If her allegations are true, then this is the most monstrous crime since the times of Mengele, and it must be made a priority, not only of the domestic judiciary but also of the Hague Tribunal." The book reports a visit by Hague tribunal investigators to a house south of the Albanian town of Burrel where they found traces of blood across a wide area, as well as medical equipment.

"The investigators found pieces of gauze, a used syringe and two plastic IV bags encrusted with mud and empty bottles of medicine, some of which was of a muscle relaxant often used in surgical operations," she writes. However, she concludes that the finds do not amount to sufficient proof for a war crimes tribunal. In Belgrade, the Serbian capital, an association of families of Serbs still listed as missing since the Kosovo war, said it would sue Miss Del Ponte, alleging that she had failed to act over the alleged organ-farming scandal. Serbia's war crimes office announced it had opened its own investigation.

The book has also prompted concern in Switzerland, where it has been criticised for tarnishing the country's celebrated neutrality, particularly as Miss Del Ponte has been named as the Swiss ambassador to Argentina.

In Belgrade, Natasha Kandic, the highly respected head of the investigative Humanitarian Law Centre, said ordinary Serbs "welcome the publication of this book" but said allegations of organ-smuggling were "rumours". "I talked to her many times, she never told me about this," said Miss Kandic.

Security News by Himara

The Newspaper "KOHA JONE"

"THE PEOPLE OF HIMARA ATTACKS THE POLICE DEPARTAMENT"

Very critic the situation in Himara Town, the center of Southern Albania who lives a large of Greek ethnic community, yesterday exploded big revolte against the police department of Himara Region.

According to Albanian press, a conflict between polices and some Himara citizens, passed to a massive demonstration against the Police Department. In fact according to Himara inhabitants have been the member of Police Departament of Himara Region, who have been aggressive shutting and terrorizing the people of Himara with Kalashnikov gun on hands.

The situation became very critic where the people of Himare begins to joint all together protesting in peace about 400 people across Police Department Building, a structure which functions by Albanian police origin linked directly with Tirana since dictator regime against interests of people of Himara who represent about 90% of total population as ethnic Greeks of the Himara Region.

The head of Himara Municipality and the President of The Greek Ethinc Minority of Albania Vassilis Bollanos, called the Himara people for patience and attention against any provocation of Albanian structures and paramilitaries group.

It’s very interesting that the Greeks of Albania a large community who lives in southern Albania known as Northern Epirus Region, continue to have not the rights to have their police represents and other institutions inside Albanian authorities including the Greek official language. Particularly the “Protocol of Corfu”, an agreement of 1914 obliges Albanian State to know the Autonomy inhabited by large percentage of Greek population in this region. The agreement firmed also by Great Powers obliges Albanian State to respect the international agreements based to the human rights values.

But in fact the police authorities of Albania continue to violate many others Albanian citizens both in Vlora Region to other places of the country. Albania is passing a destabilization faze witch could be claming as a critic situation to the NATO alliance, if the violence could take other extremity measures which can paralyze the security of the country.

WHICH WOULD BE THE NEXT TRIP OF KASSIMIS IN ALBANIA?

Photos: The Greek Boston Parade 2008, the Greek Indipendence Day in USA.

Athens must understand that the Greek Minority as the majority of community inside Northern Epirus Region must take not place to the Albanian institutions including Albanian Parliament since the human rights continue to be an instrument which comproments and prohibits the existence of greater values and standards of the Greeks of Albania and in general for aspiration of Albanian State to joint EU.

Theodore Kassimis the V/Foreign Minister of Greece will visit Albania. During the three days trip he according to information will meet high Albanian authorities and represent of Greek Minority in Argjirokaster, Saranda, Himara and Korca.

Anyway that we do not understand is the mission of Kassimis to meet Greek people in zones known officially by Tirana, when there are other regions and big cities of Albania which Tirana does not recognize the Greek community. The State Department Human Rights Report for 2007 said exactly that “the Albanian Government does not know the existence of the Greek communities inside big cities and regions".

Kassimis must visited also Avlona, Narta, Selenitsa, Berati, Voskopolis, Bylis, Apolonia and other places where communities exist and Hellenic traces not only in the Greek minority zone which has been known by Tirana.

Meanwhile, Kassimis must take meetings to be open with Greek intellectuals and journalists who live in Albania and not only to meet some old politic personages or ex heads of Omonia which are under accuse for abusing against Hellenist interests or corrupted with Albanians institutions most part member of HRUP Party. Kassimis visit must open new windows for the Greeks of Albania seeing by the challengers in Balkan regions regarding the emergence plain the Athens must offer to Northern Epiriotes people:

1. Reorganization of “Omonia” to the new Northern Epiriotean National Council.

2. The new election inside “Omonia” organization to became under “One member one vote” including all the epitriotes abroad both in Albania, Greece and other countries.

3. Athens must create the possibilities of northern epiriotes to come back to invest in their land and proprieties in Northern Epirus.

4. Athens must understand that the Greek Minority as the majority of communities inside Northern Epirus Region which must take not place abandoning the Albanian institutions including Albanian Parliament since the human rights continue to be a propaganda instrument which comproments the existence of great values and standards of the Greeks of Albania and in general for Albanian State to joint EU.

A DANGEROUS SITUATION IN VLORA, AFTER ARREST OF GREEN PEACE LEADERS. THE VIOLENCE OF POLICE DEPARTAMENT COULD MAKE AN INSTABILE SITUATION AGAINST THE STABILITY OF THE COUNTRY.

The Green Peace Alliance of Vlora Community who are against construction of Energetic Park including “AMBO Pipeline” has protested for arrest made by Tribunal of Vlora for three leaders of citizen resistance.

Yesterday the Socialist Movement Party “LSI” has expressed it position to support the green peace protest of Vlora against the construction of Energetic Park supporting the rights of Vlora Community for referendum.
Some analysts in Albania said that the protest of Vlora Community as their rights to decide for future of the Region of Vlora is unacceptable for Albanian politic parties including both the government headed by Sali Berisha and Socialist Party in oposition headed by Edi Rama, which could have pressing of American lobbies to stop the resistance of protesters.

But the rebel city of Vlora known historically for strong resistance of Berisha Regime in 1997 could make an anti-American resistance if the human rights don not respected in Albania. In favor of Green Peace Alliance of Vlora to protect the Gulf have been the best Albanian annalists which will protest together with Vlora Community.

Mjaft: State Presents its Gangster Face in Vlora

MJAFT! Movement strongly protests the arrests of protesters by the Vlora Police Department, during the protests against the planned oil terminal that Italian Petrolifera Company intends to build in the Bay organized by the Alliance for Protection of the Bay of Vlora (AMGJ).

The Police is actually behaving as police of a gangster state that doesn’t refrain from psychological and physical violence against its citizens, says Mjaft Movement, adding that during the detention, the protesteres were kept in inhuman conditions. Six protesters chained to each other stopped the lorries and other construction equipment from entering the construction site of the new oil terminal.

In the process, they created a traffic jam and were arrested and detained by the Police. The Alliance, which lists in its ranks a number of prominent intellectual figures, has organized almost constant protests since the announcement of construction. It aims to stop all energy projects in the area, seeing the future of the region primarily in tourism. The detained protesters said after their release that they intend to continue the protests with more radical measures.

Fears of war after Macedonia rebuff
Thursday April 3, 2008 By Kole Casule REUTERS

SKOPJE, April 3 (Reuters) - NATO's decision on Thursday not to ask Macedonia to join the alliance raised fears that the former Yugoslav republic could be destabilised and nationalist and anti-Western feeling could be bolstered in the Balkans.
NATO leaders at a summit in Bucharest invited Albania and Croatia to join the 26-nation Western defence alliance, but did not do the same for Macedonia because of the threat of a veto by Greece in a row over the country's name. Macedonia, which broke from Yugoslavia in 1991, has the same name as Greece's most northerly province.

Athens says Skopje must use a compound name such as "New" or "Upper" Macedonia.
Macedonian Foreign Minister Antonio Milososki said last week that if NATO membership was blocked, Macedonia would probably pull out of U.N.-sponsored talks with Athens.
That could undermine Macedonia's European Union membership bid because Greece can also veto that. "Acceptance into NATO has been a hugely important symbolic move for all ex-communist countries. This leaves Macedonia without a foothold in what they perceive to be the 'civilised world'," said a strategic analyst with a leading Western think tank who spoke on condition of anonymity.

The Balkans region is already facing increased tension following Kosovo's declaration of independence from Serbia on Feb. 17. Macedonia went to the brink of civil war in 2001 between the Slav Macedonian majority and an Albanian minority before an accord brokered by the EU and NATO pulled it back. "This (NATO decision) will have negative consequences. The Macedonian government will face pressure from inside and outside," Albanian political analyst Mentor Nazarko said of Nato's decision. Nazarko said NATO's decision would make Macedonia "vulnerable" to regional powers such as Greece and Serbia who he said wanted Macedonia weakened.

SETBACK FOR PRO-WESTERN GROUPS

Macedonia's Albanians, a quarter of its 2 million people, back a compromise with Greece for the sake of NATO and the EU. They say progress to the West will make them equal partners in a multiethnic society, and help the economy. Most feel uneasy about talk of a glorious ancient history that excludes them. Aziz Pollozhani, a senior official in Macedonia's largest Albanian party, DUI, said the government had in effect failed at the NATO summit Bucharest .
"It wasn't able to build an appropriate climate, on the contrary made moves seen by Greece as provocative," he said.

Slobodan Casule, a former Macedonian foreign minister, said the delay could create "ethnic tensions and an internal crisis". He noted that there had been setbacks for pro-Western groups in other parts of the Balkans. "This will turn into a clear defeat of pro-NATO and pro-EU forces in Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and elsewhere in the Balkans," Casule said. "It will block reforms and postpone indefinitely the negotiations on Macedonia's EU membership."

Former Prime Minister Vlado Buckovski called for calm, not provocative actions.
"Macedonia should not complicate the situation even more with jerky reactions, like withdrawing from the U.N. talks," he told Reuters. "We should soberly analyse what our next steps should be. We should send a clear signal we're still ready for negotiations so we can finally receive an invitation."

Political analysts said NATO's decision could play into the hands of Macedonian nationalists, enabling them to say compromises with the Albanian minority had served no purpose.
The analysts said the decision could also strengthen nationalists in Serbia, which holds a parliamentary election next month, and anti-Western parties in Serbia who like to play up their friendly ties with Greece. "They will start banging the drum to exploit this ahead of the May election, saying Greece can help Serbia over (breakaway Albanian-majority) Kosovo," the analyst said.

STARTS THE NEW NATO`S STANDART OF ALBANIA

THE HIGH CRIMINAL ATORNEY OF ALBANIA OPENS PENAL PROCES FOR 4 KG MARIHUANE HELD BY THE GREEK CITIZEN, WHILE FOR GERDETSI TRAGEDY PASSES BY ATORNEY OF TIRANA.

Jorgos Papadakis with 4 kg marihuana (marihuana, a low drug cuality, is cultivated a large percentuale territor in Albania by villagers) in his car has been arrested by polices of Albanian State, between Greek Albanian borders in Kaptitsa, Korce. All the TV Albanian channels have transmitted the “Great Arrest” against the “Greek Traficant” even the tribunal will be the authority which will take the responsibility of penal decision.

But in reality is Great, very Great Show that the process according to Albanian media has passed to inquire by the High Criminal Attorney of Albania!!!!

The paradox is extremity to surprise the opinion when the Tragedy of Gredetsi the massive explosion near capital Tirana in which is accused the Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his son, where dead 26 persons, lost other 30 and injured about 300 persons, destructed more of 4000 houses, has passed as "simple inquiring process to Attorney of Tirana" (not to High Criminal Attorney of Albania) !!!!

So, the High Criminal Tribunal of Albania will open process for a Greek citizen may be (or not) traficant with 4 kg marihuana in his car which must condemn until 2 years according Penal Code of Albania is inquiring by High Criminal Attorney of Albania!!!!

The “B” Action Plain consists to the new creation of states which are borderland with FYROM Albania, Bulgaria, Greece and Serbia including Turkey. Kosovo independence is the start of “Domino Effect” for continuing the aspiration of ethnic groups to unite with mother states.

What will bring the CIA “B” Plain previsted since 1997 for Balkans?

New Albania State will compose with part of Kosovo and Preshevo Waley, Western Part of FYROM and big part of Albania over Skumbini River.

New Serbia State takes north of Kosovo and northern part of FYROM, giving to Albania Preshevo Waley.

New Bulgaria State takes big Part of FYROM giving territory to Turkey inhabited by Turks of Bulgarian.

Greece takes Northern Epirus territory by River Skumbini in Albania, southern Part of FYROM including Bitola.

Turkey takes territory by Southern Bulgaria in Thrace.

As NATO member of all states in southern Balkan excluding Serbia, NATO will hold under strong measures any confrontation between alliance members. Referring the “B” Plain, the ethnic groups will encourage organizing referendums for self determination as first faze, based to the democratic system and after to unite with motherland states.

NATO must strongly to stop any escalation of menaces by dangerous provocations including ethnic violence which would bring very critically a new situate for destabilization of Balkans and would put seriously to risk the existence of NATO alliance.

NATO after, will organize Balkan Peace Conference together with ONU and EU for new recreation of States.

THE GREEKS OF MACEDONIA AND THE WORLD SENT ULTIMATUM TO PRIME MINISTER KOSTAS KARAMANLIS AND THE GOVERNMENT FOR "VETO TO SKOPIE"
Kosova, Albania, Macedonia – or the Scenario of a Generalized Balkan War

Dr. Muhammad Shamsaddin Megalommatis
March 29, 2008,
http://www.americanchronicle.com/articles/56906

Kosova´s liberation is a seminal development in the region of Balkans for one additional reason that was not extensively discussed in earlier articles about this subject. As a matter of fact, Kosova´s liberation does not mark the end of the historically demanded decomposition of Yugoslavia and Serbia, but it certainly cancels the possibility of Serbia becoming a reason for a major war in the area.

After the secession and the formal declaration of Independence of Kosova, the clouds of war move away; certainly the Mitrovica Serbs may attempt to express their rejection of the fact that their country is Kosova and not Serbia, but this will not change much. Thanks to the multileveled international presence, the issue will be successfully contained between in Kosova itself. Even if the Muslims, who form the majority of the population at Sanjaq, demonstrate their opposition to the tyrannical Serbian state and the long employed forms of Anti-Islamic, Anti-Turkish and Anti-Albanian oppression, there is, practically speaking, no chance that Bosnia or Albania be involved in a direct war for Sanjaq.

And Voivodina´s Hungarians may wish to secede from Serbia, a country of no European vocation, and merge with their homeland, which would open for them the gates of the European Union, but again this would not involve a major war in the Balkans. However, the fact that Kosova and Serbia are not anymore in a position to trigger a major Balkan war does not mean even for a moment that this sort of war is highly unlikely in the Balkans. On the contrary, few times we reached so close to a generalized war in the Balkans over the past 17 years. The epicenter of what is about to become the next major war in the Balkans is located further in the South.

The entire situation of the recent Balkan conflicts, viewed through a perspicacious viewpoint, reflects the clash of two groups of power that happened to promote diametrically opposed plans, one attempting to trigger a generalized Balkan war whereas the opposite group of power deployed its best to avert the war. In fact, there is no clash between the American – British and French – German interests in the area as many have thought that it was the case in the 90s.With the American and the British interests diverging more and more allover the world (as one should have anticipated), the recent rhetoric about a strong French – English relationship demonstrates very clearly from where comes the danger; the unrepentant colonial empires, totally controlled by the Apostate Freemasonic Lodge intend to wage a major Balkan war that would automatically cause the collapse and the dissolution of the NATO where the Anglo-French allies cannot manage to put the Americans aside.

The worsening of the economic crisis in America, which has been triggered by the part of the American establishment that associates their interests with those of London and Paris, is a sign that NATO´s dissolution must advance fast in view of an American isolationism – to be expected as consequence of the forthcoming economic disaster. The Explosive Material How a generalized war can be triggered in the Balkans, if Serbia does not count anymore? In fact, the explosive material, stored over the years, has become massive; the interests in conflict are many, the expectations great, the illusions out of control. The myths sold by the criminal colonial diplomats to the idiotic establishments of the Balkan periphery of Europe are all based on infamous lies and geared to disseminate enmity, hatred, and rancor for the ´Other´, which in turn triggers reaction and as result causes instability.

The false myths sold to all the nations of the area – which must be divided and engulfed in conflicts according to the Anglo-French Freemasonic plans – are currently shared by minorities in almost all the countries concerned; this is part of the game. The dynamics of perversion, as machinated by the Anglo-French Merchants of the Nations, involve the long diffusion of myths, the slow dissemination of their elements, and the sudden overwhelming acceptance of them at a moment a false threat is presented as real. The explosive material includes the following:

1. Albanian dreams for a Greater Albania. There is nothing wrong in this regard, as this nation has been among the most mistreated nations of the area; simply, the timing for this may favor others´ plans more than an eventual rightful Albanian demand.

2. Albanian demands of equal treatment with Macedonians in Macedonia. The various successive governments of Skopje did their best to ensure that equity, justice, and freedom prevail among all the citizens of the country, but – as usually – this should be better felt by the Albanian minority in Macedonia than just read on a piece of legal document, even if it is the constitution of the country. To avert uneasiness, the Macedonian authorities should work hard and strike a deal with the Albanian minority to make them truly feel and completely realize that Macedonia is a country for them too. Bi-national political parties would be a great achievement in this regard.

3. Bulgarian lack of recognition of the Macedonian nation as a different nation

4. Bulgarian dreams for a greater Bulgaria (fed by the aforementioned assumption that Macedonians are Bulgarians)

5. The present Bulgarian depression, which is due to the fact that the various post-Soviet governments failed over the past 20 years to offer a great vision to their disoriented nation. A remedy to it could be the vision of a Greater Bulgaria, and the easiest step in this case would be the absorption of Macedonia. The fact that Bulgaria officially does not recognize the existence of the Macedonian minority on its soil is an indication of appetite and a prelude to war. It means that Sofia recognizes Skopje as a state, but not as a nation.

6. Greek – otherwise incomprehensible – rejection to recognize Macedonia under its rightful name, which harmonizes with the Bulgarian rejection of the existence of the Macedonian nation.

7. Greek – otherwise baffling – fears of a Macedonian campaign as regards the non recognition, harassment, and oppression of the Macedonian minority in Greece.

8. Greek fears of a Greater Albania, which seem to have increased after the quasi-completion of the Yugoslavian – Serbian decomposition.

9. Turkey´s bond with Albania, Kosova and Macedonia, and Ankara´s resolution not to let the Balkan equilibrium turn upside down.

The Red Lines With the aforementioned being already in place, one has to bear in mind what is commonly known as red lines for all participants. They are as follows:

1. One should not expect Bulgaria to accept the formation of Greater Albania, particularly the annexation of Tetova/o and the western provinces of Macedonia

2. One should not expect Greece to accept the formation of Greater Albania, as the Greek fears related to the subject make mention of Albanian intentions to parts of Northwestern Greece (Chameria)

3. One should not expect Greece to be kept aside, if Albania and Bulgaria declare war to one another when fighting on Macedonia´s soil.

4. One should not expect that Greece would ever accept complete annexation of Macedonia by Bulgaria or mere division of Macedonia by Albania and Bulgaria (which is a remote possibility).

5. One should not expect that Turkey would leave Bulgaria and Greece expand to the detriment of Macedonia and Albania, thus gravely deranging the current Balkan equilibrium. With this situation characterizing the region, one understands that little is left until the activation of the evil scenario which has been masterminded by the Anglo-French establishments, and the Apostate Freemasonic lodge which, behind the scenes, prepares the rise in force of a United Europe – Ultimate Superpower.

Of course, there are forces opposing this scenario, and they will do their ingenious best to avert it. But this time it will be very difficult to avert it, as it can be materialized in a precipitated way. One positive measure is of course to include Albania and Macedonia in the NATO, as this would offer containment mechanisms particularly as regards Albania, and crisis management tools for the case of Macedonia. This fight may be out of the capability of average people to influence, but still one has the possibility to do something to avert that the war explodes due to an Albanian – Macedonian confusion.

The Triple Alliance among Albania, Kosova and Macedonia (http://www.americanchronicle.com/articles/55820), which we suggested in an earlier article before 10 days, goes precisely in the direction. The Scenario The only reason for a generalized war to explode now in the Balkans is evolving around Macedonia; not Macedonia and Greece, and not Macedonia and Bulgaria. The reason for a generalized war in the Balkans will be Macedonia and Albania. The evil colonial forces will try first to infiltrate among Tetovo Albanians to convince them that they cannot live in Macedonia and thus push them to separatism. At this very moment there are people working among the Tetovo Albanians for this purpose. As they seem associated to different backgrounds, either nationalistic Albanian or Islamist, they can comfortably confuse the outright majority of the Macedonian Albanians. Their current endeavours can trigger the first step very soon.

Step 1. They will generate an overwhelming instability in Macedonia, and an Albanian uprising in the western parts of the state. It is expected that the Islamist branch of Tetovo Albanians will trigger the events first.

Step 2. Through other branches of advisors, they will advise / push the Macedonian state to act as Serbia did in Kosovo 1998 – 9, which means to respond brutally to eventual Albanian demands for advanced autonomy.

Step 3. With the pretext to save the Albanians of Tetovo, Albania will attack Macedonia. It is expected that the nationalist branch of Albanians in Tirana will trigger this attack as they are those who passionately desire a greater Albania. Macedonia should start now negotiations with these groups of power in Tirana in order to avert their possible involvement in the maelstrom of war.

Step 4. Due to successful advance of the Albanian forces from the west of Macedonia, Bulgaria will issue an ultimatum to Albania, positioning itself as defender of Bulgarians (as they will name the Macedonians).

Step 5. As Albania will not accept the ultimatum, Bulgaria - convinced that the intervention does not endanger the national interests of a NATO member state - will try to reach Skopje first. This will trigger the advent of the Greater Bulgaria, something that will be depicted internally as a unique opportunity for 21st century Bulgaria.

Step 6. Following the aforementioned developments, the existence of Macedonia will be definitely cancelled, but unable to reach an agreement, Albania and Bulgaria will enter in direct war on Macedonian soil.

Step 7. At that moment, the vast Turkish minority of Bulgaria will explode against Sofia to express their solidarity with the Albanian Muslims. Bulgaria will be shaken from its foundations at a moment it will be practically fighting against all the Muslims of the Balkans.

Step 8. As an ally of Bulgaria, Greece will enter in the war in order to help end it fast, claiming Bitola / Monastir (the southwestern part of the Republic of Macedonia) and the southern part of Albania (that they usually call ´Northern Epirus´).

Step 9. As an ally to Albania, seeing Albania endangered by the military cooperation between Greece and Bulgaria, Turkey will attack both countries - and thus NATO will cease to exist.Step

10. Turkey´s interference will save Albania, and the Turkish advance will be counterweighted by the disappearance of Macedonia. New borders will be demarcated between Albania, Bulgaria, and Greece in the west, and Greece, Bulgaria, and Turkey in the east.

This scenario, if materialized, will be the death warranty of NATO, and will trigger extended uprisings of Muslims in Europe as the Anglo-French axis will emphatically support Greece and Bulgaria. The uprisings in Europe will create the necessary chaos out of which the New Order of a Europe militaristic superpower will emanate.

Turkey Supports Albania’s NATO Bid

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan (L) and his Albanian counterpart Sali Berisha arrive for a press conference after their meeting in Tirana on March 26, 2008. Erdogan is on a one-day visit to Albania.

26 March 2008 Tirana _ Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced on Wednesday his country’s support for Albania’s NATO membership bid at the alliance's summit in Bucharest next week.

Erdogan’s statement came during a joint press conference in Tirana with Albanian premier Sali Berisha. “I want to stress Turkey’s resolve for Albania’s integration into NATO,” Erdogan said. “In the coming Bucharest summit we will support Albania’s NATO bid, together with Macedonia and Croatia,” Erdogan added. In October 2007, NATO's Parliamentary Assembly approved a resolution that endorses the possible issuing of invitations to Albania, Croatia and Macedonia to join the alliance at the Bucharest summit in April.

The resolution calls on these three candidates, known as the Adriatic Charter countries, to push through the necessary reforms, while urging NATO members to initiate discussions on the candidate countries' accession.Erdogan also backed the Tran-Adriatic gas pipeline project, which aims to link the gas grid in Turkey and Greece, through Albania with western European markets. “I will ask again to the institutions involved to back the Albanian portion of the pipeline,” said Erdogan.

A €1.5 billion investment transporting Caspian and Middle East natural gas via Albania and under the Adriatic Sea to Italy and beyond, the pipeline is being developed by StatoilHydro and Swiss EGL Group. It is hoped the project will lower the European Union's dependency on Russian gas.The 520-kilometre pipeline will transport natural gas from Greece to Albania, and across the Adriatic Sea, to Italy's southern Puglia region and further into Western Europe.

Martin Sletzinger: Greater Albania can't be stopped

Sunday, 23 March 2008
Woodrow Wilson's Director of South Eastern European studies, Martin Sletzinger with a view on the latest Balkan socio/political events. "Macedonia can very well disappear as a country as a result of Kosovo's independence, while the whole Balkan region can enter a phase of major border shifts."

"I think, this is a process, which is very natural, now because of political reasons as well." The authorities in Tirana and the Albanians in Macedonia are not speaking anything of their plan, however I think it is unavoidable, they will attempt to bridge their land, in this case countries. It would be nice if this happens through the UN. And when this happens we can say our goodbye to Macedonia. For sure. However, this would only be the begining" says Martin Sletzinger in his interview for Voice of America.

This can explain the speech by Imer Aliu, Vice President in Macedonia's Government, a week ago. In his speech "We [Albanians] have same blood and same flag with our brothers in Kosovo". Perhaps Imer Aliu did not get the memo that their plans are not to be made public, at least not now. No need to mention the demands made by Taci to Gruevski.

Most of other US political analyst are unusually quiet, Mr. Sletzinger being the exception.
"I find it strange that no one is speaking about Macedonia. I have only heard of support for Kosovo's independence, but their analysis is focused towards Russia, and its behaviour."
On the question when would Albania merge with Kosovo, Sletzinger provides a deeper analysis. "When I started working in Congress, this was in the 1970's, Albanian lobby were giving us maps of Iliria, which included Kosovo, half of Macedonia, a good portion of Montenegro, and of course Albania.

I think the Albanians were very wise and, I think it's natural that they would want to live in one country, just like all Serbs want to live in one country. I don't know why we would allow a Greater Albania, which will neither be normal, nor more stable than Greater Serbia. Actually it would be very abnormal because it would be created from breaking up several countries. I think this is a process that is going on for years. It's not true that Kosovo became a country because of Milosevic's oppresion. This is nonsense. The problems between the Serbs and Albania go on for 100 years." says Sletzinger.

Sletzinger is an expert and has been analyzing the Balkans for over 30 years. He is convinced that Balkans' borders will change. "The Albianian will want to associate with Albania. This is in their psyche and the world will have to face up with this. The Balkan borders will change, perhaps not in 6 or 7 months, but in 6 or 7 years, for sure." concluded Sletzinger.

Eagleburger: Greece should be wary of 'Great Albania'

Monday, 24 March 2008
Eventual formation of a "Great Albania" and not the name of Macedonia, poses as a real threat to Greece, ex-U.S. State Secretary Lawrence Eagleburger said in the interview with the Greek paper Kathimerini. According to him, the real threat to Greece is creation of "Great Albania, which is bound to turn to Greece."
Eagleburger said he believed that Macedonia and Greece will settle the name issue after all, pointing out that Greece's insisting for its northern neighbor to change its name made no sense. The former U.S. State Secretary said that a compromise solution would be reached because of the necessity for Skopje to join NATO and mentioned in this sense the name "New Macedonia
