The Albanian Government and The Himara Municipality (a government`s oligarchs annex) begin to provide ownership documents, in violation of the registration process of property titles from the EU and OSCE.

The Albanian government, is moving toward aconfrontational escalation, with the Greek population in Himara Region,the fact that there are laws adopted by the votes of parliamentarians
of Mafia and oligarchy, which fall in contradiction with the international principles of human rights and freedoms.
