The President of Kosovo, Behgjet Pacolli, will visit Albania on Monday. The news is confirmed by the press office of the President Bamir Topi. This is the first visit as president of Pacolli. Meanwhile, is learned that the meeting will be held at 11:30 at the Palace of Brigades.
